1. Go to Isagenix.com and have them click Sign In.  Username is their first and last name, all one word.  Password is Dayspa01$.  Write this information down so you can log in easily each time.

1. Download the Isalife App using the same username and password.
2. If you log in on your computer:
   a. The home page is resourceful, it will display your subscription order, recent orders and your Isagenix Newsfeed, to return to ‘your Backoffice portal’ at any time, click the Isagenix logo on the top left & click ‘Back Office’ in the menu bar.
   b. To Edit Account Settings (Password, CC info, Shipping info) and See ID#, Click the user icon on the top right.
3. You have been signed up on Subscription Rewards to earn free shipping on your first order, save 5% on future orders, and receive benefits from promotions. To adjust this Scroll to ‘Contact Us’ and ‘Live Chat’
4. To make adjustments to your monthly Subscription order, simply click ‘manage subscription’ and next to the shipping date, click ‘EDIT’ then shop!
5. You may also place orders whenever you need products, on your computer or the Isalife App, once you understand the benefits of this lifestyle it is wise to purchase ‘Isadelivery’ to have free shipping for a year. So when you’re running low on one product you love shipping isn’t ever a concern.

In Week 3 we’ll reevaluate where you are and make modifications as necessary but for now, you can leave it and we’ll talk about that as it gets closer. In order to add to your lifestyle rewards, you’ll want to add products first, then remove the ones you don’t want.

3. Place Order. For immediate orders, go here and it process immediately to ship. Spend some time here ask what favorite product is; show them how to build carts; highlight sticky products; pull out notes from first call and offer some things to look at which may be of help to your customer.

4. View Order History– easy spot to locate past orders and invoices.

5. View Price Lists– Great to download and save, or print for easy reference. Great visual to show your customer the savings on Packs and Systems for accounts with lifestyle rewards and introduce them to all the lifestyle products and solutions we have to offer.
