I held off on using these products for years because I associated them with “weight loss” and that was the last thing in the world I wanted. When I realized that doing it “my way” was hardly having a result, I finally decided to drop the ego and commit the same amount of time to doing it this way. The physical results have been amazing but my absolute favorite part of this program is it’s not a “start/stop” type of thing- it’s an every day lifestyle. I commit my life to the 80/20 principle- 80% being really regimented with my nutrition and 20% eating whatever nonsense I decide to order at happy hour and it’s been the easiest, most effective system in the world. I used to meal prep every Sunday night and wake up at 430a to cook a full breakfast before the gym. I’ve saved money, gained time, and transformed my body just by going all in with this.
